George Foreman Grill recipe

JALAPENO SWEET CHICKEN

1/3 cup steak sauce
1/3 cup jalapeno pepper jelly,
melted
2 Tablespoons garlic powder
4 4-ounce skinned and boned
chicken breast halves

Combine first 3 ingredients in a large heavy-duty,
zip-top plastic bag. Add chicken; seal bag and
shake until chicken is coated well. Marinate in
refrigerator 8 hours or overnight, turning bag
occasionally. Remove chicken from marinade,
discarding marinade. Coat George Foreman grill
with olive oil and preheat. Grill 4-6 minutes.

PER SERVING: Calories 109; fat 1.2g, fiber 0.0g

Serving Ideas: For a quick meal: Serve with grilled
slices of zucchini, yellow squash, and purple onion.
For additional flavor, brush vegetables with remaining
marinade before placing them in the Gill. Serve with
cooked rice or warm bread recipe time: 15 minutes
marinate time: 8 hours.

what kind of jelly? I am a bit confussed. you didn't have an amont for the jelly.

1/3 cup jalapeno pepper jelly, melte, it was in the recipe but with jaws, it read it kind of fast, I'll make sure that other recipes have spaces. Did that help? You can find this jelly in the mexican or latin section of most grocery stores. Sometimes by the peppers , pickles and olives too. JUst ask.
